Budget Friendly, but not worth it.
Dear Management. I recently stayed at your hotel while in town for business. I’ve passed by your property countless times and was eager to finally experience it firsthand. While I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and a joy to interact with, I was disappointed with the condition of the property itself. Upon checking in, my son and I were assigned a room where the phone, television, and microwave were all non-functional. We had to pack up our belongings and move to another room down the hall. Unfortunately, this room also had issues: the microwave didn’t work, the room was poorly insulated, and our key cards kept demagnetizing despite being kept away from my phone and credit cards, which required frequent trips to the front desk. Additionally, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, and to top it off, both my son and I contracted influenza during our stay—certainly not the highlight we anticipated. While I understand that occasional maintenance issues can occur, the number of problems we experienced was disappointing. If minor costs are being prioritized over guest comfort—especially when nearby hotels offer better amenities like functional pools and jacuzzis—it may be time to reconsider property management strategies. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention in hope that improvements can be made for future guests this summer.

Stay away
Wasn't worth it, management lied to me repeatedly. I had a tv in my room i couldn't watch due to the menu popping up every few seconds. I reported it to management he came looked at ensured me he would get me a new one every day for a week at the end of the week i was told he couldn't get me a tv but would comp a couple days in exchange for the tv being crappy well come check out he told me he couldn't do a couple days but one day and that never happened as well. There was a night i walked into the office and found the floor covered with blood at which point I said i would return hours later when i returned it still wasn't cleaned. I had roaches in my room. It was truly nasty.

Dirty sheets, dog food on the floor in our room. Rusty shower head. Only 1 wash cloth for 3 people, minimal extras at front desk. Didn’t try the breakfast. Beds were okay. Slept good.

I was disappointed that an early check-in would have been an extra $40. Room key had to be reprogrammed the next morning. And there were a lot of dogs in rooms, with one barking nonstop while the guests were gone from the room. Our room was very comfortable though in spite of the barking dog next door. Breakfast was good.

First of all I’m very upset about the misleading advertisement of this hotel! I was looking for a pool with hot tub and drove an extra hour due to limited availability, paying hot tub prices with a non refundable purchase, come to find out the hot tub was broken! Then to find out that they were telling everyone a different story about why, or how long it had been down. We get to the pool area and it looked like a war zone, with an empty hot tub that’s connected to the pool. There was a table upside down outside of the hot tub with caution tape all over it and not one clean towel to be found. I went to ask for some towels and the guy said “I’ll see if I can get some” and brought 4 towels in and threw them up on the shelf. While walking back from the front desk, I noticed several staff members standing in an area near the kitchen, they were cooking and laughing but nobody was doing anything to really tidy up the building. I went to get coffee (one of the amenities) and there was no coffee, hot water or snacks like there was supposed to be. I realize that it was a busy weekend and that my money doesn’t matter but it bothers me that the next person would just come along and get suckered into thinking they are getting a decent price for the amenities offered to find out they LIED !!!

Me and my wife have no been on vacation in a long time so I wanted to take her up north to see the fall colors, after our 4 hour drive arriving at 12 pm we go to check in the hotel and we get in the room and there was spiderwebs with spiders on the pillows and walls the bed had ticks on them which can cause Lime Disease, and other fatal sicknesses, the toilet has urine and crap on it and over all the place was filled with safety hazards, we went to check out and the 2 men at reception were rude with me saying the rooms are clean and after I showed them the pictures and videos of the ticks spiders and disgusting toilet seat one ran to the room, I called every hotel in a 20 mile radius and they were all booked up, me and my wife had to drive 4 hours home in the middle of the night, ruined our weekend and we will never use Expedia again, I have so many family members and friends that use but after this experience they will no longer trust this service, this is my worst experience I have ever had and I expect a full refund

Hot tub is out of order, pool is tiny! No house keeping for 3 days. Plumbing needs major updating be careful of the tile floor in the bathroom. Fall risk. Toilet so low to the floor it’s like sitting on the floor. Breakfast closed early on a Friday morning. Giant spider web next to the bed. Killed it with my shoe. Was our anniversary/birthday weekend…ugh

Have stayed here several times. Waited for 20 minutes to check in with no staff response. Found a housekeeper who tried to help. Finally left for our dinner reservation. Returned two hours later and checked in with no issues.

Disappointing
The name of "Quality" Inn is a total misnomer! The individual who checked us in (and who I attempted to communicate with on two other occasions) did little more than grunt at me. He acted in a manner indicating he was not wanting to be interacting with people at all. I booked this hotel choosing an accommodation with a separate bedroom - my husband likes to sleep in and I'm an early riser. Though there was a separate room, the door was removed. I talked with the front desk (different person) asking if the door could be returned and was told it would be checked on. Nothing. Our bathroom sink didn't drain. There was a hole in the bathroom wall from a towel rack that apparently was pulled down. I suspect it has been quite some time since the carpet had a good cleaning. When deciding on hotels in the TC area, I avoided the budget and high end. This really was a budget hotel and is on my "never again" list.
