Don’t stay here
The hotel was a complete disaster. They offer me a cancellation at the hotel with not charge and they charged me the rate of a stay and I don’t stay there. The phone doesn’t work at the property and you can’t get them on the phone. I have been unable to get my money back after 2 months.

I was in town for a funeral. I had a small issue at check in and the staff solved my issue in short order. I was very happy with the service of the staff. In particular, Amber helped me and made sure I was squared away with my room. The staff were all very responsive, professional, and diligent.

Could hear other peoples toilets flushing all hours of the night. Tiles in the bathroom were loose and one tile was completely unattached from the floor. Air conditioner was leaking and soaked the carpet in front of the AC, I mentioned it to hotel staff on 2 separate days (3 different staff members) and I couldn’t tell where anything was ever done. Furnishing were worn and lamp shades looked like they had areas of mold in them. Will not stay again.

The Front Desk was great. Housekeeping was the worst that we ever saw. The carpet was wet between the windows and the bed both days. Dirt behind bathroom door and under sink. Towels had dead bugs in them. Shower curtain was not attached to the wall very well. Washer and dryer did not work. Mirror had hand prints all of it. The odor in the room was bad. Sorry but I cannot list all problems with hole. Will never return.

Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Decent breakfast. All floors smell like cigarettes/marijuana. We booked a nonsmoking room because we have a toddler, so why does it still smell like cigarettes and weed???? Surfaces in the room weren't very clean. The pool is TINY and the area that it is in is very rundown. The ceiling needs to be repaired, as well as the lights in the pool area.

Roaches, frozen breakfast, water damage on walls, AC in room hadnt been cleaned in a *Very* long time. They refused to give me my money back for the nights i had not stayed yet. Called corporate and they were no help either. Pool had been broken for a long time. It was dirty and smelled. All the furniture was extremely beat up. Do Not Waste your money!

The room that we were given, the toilet seat was broken. Which they replaced after talking to them. The TV didn’t work but we did not have time to watch due to work obligations but would have been great to have the option and the room smell like cigarette smoke. The staff was fine. This is our second time staying here at this location. It’s just an average hotel with a OK price.
