Gave service a 3 stars 50%. Agent during check in was friendly and helpful. However, the agent during check out did not smile or greet, not friendly. The breakfast attendant was friendlier. I probably did most of the talking. Other than that, everything was great. From cleanliness to breakfast.

Room Access Issues
When I checked in one of the 2 rooms I booked the door would not open. The attendant programmed the key and it still didn't work. She gave me another room and the same thing happened. Finally after being switched 4 times, the attendants' son opened a room with a master key and gave me a key that finally worked. This was a family trip and with our 3 rooms in total, we were located on different ends/halls of the building. Although the attendant was courteous, the timeliness of getting settled in our rooms was unacceptable. We booked several months in advance and did we did not expect it to take well in to 1 hour to get in our rooms. After some of us driving 12 1/2 hours to be with family, this experience shoukd have been much better.

Room was very clean. We had to change rooms shortly after arriving, TV didn't work. Desk attendant was very helpful and was understanding about the move & moved us near our previous room. First desk attendant when we checked in & out was very personable. We had to go back after our cruise as my granddaughter forgot her slippers in the first room. That desk attendant was a bit snotty, ( different lady) she insisted, she didn't see that we stayed there. I asked her to check with housekeeping & sure enough housekeeping had her slippers. She did apologize.

Loved that you had a great breakfast. The bathroom needs work. Under the bath mat in the shower, there was a hole. My daughter said it felt very unsteady and you had to watch your balance if stepping on it. Being an older person I chose not to take a shower because of that. Also the drains were very slow in allowing water out-both sink and shower. Otherwise I was very happy with the facility. the location, and the service. You could, however, use an elevator. 75 years-olds having to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs is not a good thing. The parking lot was good too.
