BEWARE!!!!! This is a scam. This property was closed down 4 years ago after the owner died. When we arrived to check in the father of the deceased informed us of this and said he doesn’t understand why people keep showing up when he filed all the required paperwork with the government to close the business. I opened a complain with Expedia and asked that we are refunded since we needed to get a different place to stay, to which they refused because according to them it was not approved by the property manager. No further investigation was done. Very disappointing! DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!!!

This property doesn’t exist, my taxi driver drove around and around until someone told us they closed down. We tried to call the property and the phone number was out of service, I called Expedia and explained everything to them and they said they would investigate. I am still waiting for my reimbursement on my credit card, I had to find another place to stay in Ciego de Avila and pay out of my pocket from my budgeted finances, I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Please if you can help me it would be greatly appreciated!!! I have the name of the cab company and the number of my driver for proof, I hope you can help me with this
