We took long time to check in. And when we found the key was not workable, we spent long time to wait for helping. Breakfast was very bad. When we entered restaurant at 8am,we found almost no food there, as well as no utensils. We had to walk to McDonald to eat.

Will not stay again
Took 3 rooms to find one that had heat. Then the heat went out in our room. Batteries needed to be replaced on the thermostat. The remote was covered in filth also. The night desk lady was very helpful and apologetic, however the day one was cold and took forever to check us in when we first got there.

Serious update and clening needed
Part of the wall was falling off in the bthroom. The office chair had completely ost all of its covering of faux leather. The second night there, cops were in the lobby pulling someone out to his vehicle presumably to arrest him. There were french fries on the floor along the edge of the furniture. The continental breakfast (if you can call it that) was a joke. We did not partake.

Red Lion - Kelso
Carpet was stained. Most of the lights didn't work. Bed was comfortable and TV worked. I've been coming to this hotel once or twice a year for over 20 years... every time I come back it has gotten a little worse. It was a great place to stay for 20 years ago.

I am beyond disappointed. The room was so dirty! Downright disgusting. There’s no way housekeeping didn’t see the messes they left behind for future guests. I can’t believe this room was given a pass or seen as acceptable for guests. The trash and dust and leftover food was very obvious, right out in the open.

After making a reservation 3 weeks in advance of my stay to a "PET FRIENDLY" property I was left sitting in the reception for 30 minutes at 8:30 pm until your agent sauntered slowly in, only to find out you are NOT pet friendly ONLY dog friendly. I tried to explain that my show cat's feet would never touch to floor as I had brought a show cage. NO!!! and she wasn't nice about and didn't offer any help or alternatives when I asked for help. Now I have NO place to stay, it's 9 pm, after driving 8 hours to attend the cat show the next day. There were several events in the area and every place was booked. I ended up sleeping in my car. I will never stay at any of your properties EVER again and will tell everyone I know about the abysmal treatment and false advertising your company puts out.

This property is OLD, dated, smells bad and in general poor condition. We ended up leaving at midnight, could not take the musty, old, moldy smell! The carpet was stained and filthy. The entire property is in dire need of a thorough cleaning and updating. Terrible experience.

Absolutely filthy room with a “needle” found near the garbage. Multiple power strips were used in the room for permanent usage and against fire code. Refrigerator was “buzzing” so loud it woke me up during the night. Had to unplug it and found the side was very warm to the touch. More than unsavory types of individual hanging around the premises. Didn’t have high expectations going into it but was blown away how terrible it was. I’ll never go back.

I have been staying at this Red lion for many years this may be the last time. On check in went through three room, first one dirty and clogged toilet, second room A/C not working, took the third room but later found bathtub drain clogger. We had booked room for eleven days, the room was only serviced four times had to get clean towels from front desk five times. Repeatedly ask for room service and someone to work on bathtub drain. Breakfast was a joke.
