The hotel was alright. The people at the front desk were really kind. They said the room I had chosen on Hotels.com wasn't available, so they upgraded me to a bigger room.
The breakfast was coffee and granola bars.
I'm not sure if we needing to request housekeeping during our stay to get our room cleaned/towels changed, but we we there 5 days and housekeeping didn't come. Which was ok for us.
The bathroom was very small, when we opened the door, it barely cleared the toilet, and it was kind of difficult to move around/ get out of esp if you were getting out of the shower.
The room had a kitchen, and a pamphlet saying we could order a utensil package with plates, frying pan, etc if we needed it.
There was a good amount of storage in the room, it had Dish TV I think, and it looked like you could plug in a DVD player or your phone if you wanted to watch a movie.
The bed was a little firm, which is fine for me, the pillows were perfect. The bedding was thin, but it was clean. We slept well.
Most of the towels were clean- but there were 2 that looked like they had maybe fallen off the laundry cart because they had black spots/dirt on them.
The hotel was right next to a bus stop, and was within reasonable walking distance to the arena (about 20 min) and about 5-10 min walk from restaurants.
The hotel was pet friendly, and a lot of people had their pets with them.
We felt like the parking lot was adequately lit and safe at night.
Thank you for the comfortable and safe stay.
