The apartment is in good condition and spotless upon arrival. The downside is the service quality during check-in process. I arrived at the check-in office around 7 pm on 11 April. As I have booked shuttle
service in advance, and the last shuttle is to leave at 7 pm, I enquired whether the shuttle has already left. The male receptionist was very rude - instead of answering the question or checking whether I had the booking, he did not believe that I had the right booking. The manner was unacceptably rude and impolite. I could understand that many locals' English ability is limited - but the issue is his attitude, which I never encountered during my many trips to Japan. The bad experience was partly rectified by the assistance of Zeng Peng, and the attitude of property manager.
