Un hotel que era bueno, lo tienen muy descuidado, los muebles de la habitación 930 muy rayados, descuidados, las alfombras muy sucias, además pedí cambio de habitación la cual fue negada lástima ya no regreso. Hay mejores por el mismo precio en la zona

The location is close to many of the attractions. It is very close to the freeway, noisy, and not a good area for walking around outside. The parking is kind of detached from the hotel.

A bit rundown
There were no hot water at night, but there was hot water in the morning. This happened 2 nights in a row during our stay. Also, beware that the parking fee is $37/night. The property is also a bit rundown, and the there was some stain on the towels. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this property to anybody.

The Hilton
I arrived 15 minutes before my check-in time. The front desk staff was kind enough to check if my room was ready. The room was clean and spacious. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a nice room to stay.

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to poor customer service. The room was extremely cold, and the heater was not functioning. Despite multiple attempts to contact staff, no one responded or addressed the issue. Additionally, there were no complimentary water bottles provided in the room, and the furniture was in poor condition, with visible stains on the sofa. this experience has left me reconsidering staying at Hilton properties in the U.S. in the future.
