Average at best
There weren’t many pictures online, but we booked because of the price and location as it was the last couple days of our trip and we couldn’t stay the whole at our first hotel. When we arrived to this one, the person at reception seemed like he didn’t care much that we were there, and was kind of dismissive like he was waiting for us to leave after checking in. The other people that helped us the following days were wonderful. The room itself was fine, had its good and bads. Clean, beds made, fresh towels, working tv and fridge. Some cons, there were gaps in our door, which didn’t feel secure at all sleeping at night. The flooring in the room was so poorly installed, so many large gaps and cracks. I don’t know how you could let a room have that presentation. The beds honestly were the least comfortable I’ve been in thus far, but it was fine for only the 3 days. Being on the edge of what felt like “the ghetto” it was very noisy and definitely not an area to wander at night. Overall the stay was alright, but it made it easier to be ready to come home.

Spartan, yet clean and comfortable.
An older hotel, yet it was exceptionally clean and looked very well maintained for it's age. Fresh paint, nothing falling apart, somewhat spartan and basic. A very convenient hotel to stay in. Easy connections to public transportation. Yes.... it is in the Tenderloin so the surrounding neighborhood is shall I say.... interesting. Yet I felt safe even walking around after dark. Lots of great places to eat near by. Safe, free, inside parking. I would stay again.

Great budget hotel
For the price with parking included, this place is a great place if you need to stay in the area with a car. It doesn't have some amenities...like shampoo and condition, but the beds are fairly comfortable. Not the best obviously, but for this price range with parking, it's hard to beat.

The price was decent but the whole hotel was a bit inconvenient to stay in. There's two elevators on the outside of the property to get in and out, which are finicky with the key cards. Wasn't disclosed that there would be a $100 hold for the room. They did plumbing work in the middle of the day and didn't inform guests beforehand, resulting in one of us being stuck in the shower with no water for about an hour. When the water finally came back on, it was ice cold. Not sure why they couldn't have done this at a better time or let us know beforehand. I had to call the front desk to be informed of the plumbing work and their estimated window of time for the water to be back on was an hour. It's the middle of San Fran so not much to be expected on the cleanliness of the outside or the surrounding area. Not really a knock on them it's just the nature of the city. Wish they also had more amenities available like soap in the room. We had to go down and get soap ourselves from the front desk area. The towels were also really small. All in all it's kind of what you'd expect from a budget hotel, but to be honest for next time I'd rather spend a bit more on the hotel and avoid the inconvenience and dirtiness of this one again.

This place is a great location and parking is great. There was only tea and coffee. So had to get breakfast from other places. The elevator took some figuring out and patience to get it to work. Key card hadt p be used a particular way.

Checked in and while spraying lysol noticed the pillow case was dirty(both sides) and bed had hair. I removed the hair sprayed lyson. Morning crew was very rude, she ask me what I wanted her to do about the pillow since I took it to the front desk. I wanted to argue with her but didn't have time. Came back room was not cleaned 😡swing shift guard said they clean every other day😬. I asked for a supervisor Pete came out I advised him what happened & ask for amenities, he apologize offered me a new clean room, informed me to speak with manager in the morning.(Which I didn't had early flight) The outside area is poor and may look scary but the people are homeless not harmful.
