I saw the pictures of the room online and thought it would be find since I just needed a clean safe room for 3 nights. I was on the 3rd floor. Had to pass by people standing and smoking outside their doors and did not feel safe at all. The window air conditioning sounded like a train, TV did not work, I tried to call front desk but phone did not work. I decided to stay the night since it was late and very dark and honestly didn't feel safe to leave and checked out the next morning. Room was very dated but clean.

Better bring your sleeping pills
OMG! I grew up in Virginia Beach and was used to constant jet noise. This place was just as noisy but instead of jets it was emergency vehicle sirens, motorcycles, engine noises, etc. It was only quiet between 2 a.m. thru 5 a.m. and this was on a Monday- Wednesday work trip

El servicio al momento de hacer el check-in no fue amable. Luego en la habitación la puerta principal no cerraba bien, la puerta del baño estaba dañada, la bañera tenia moho y se estaba despegando la pintura. Ademas la cama era demasiado dura. El elevador estaba fuera de servicio

Great staff
So the room is clean and the staff were accommodating. First room faced street and asked for different which she did, but that room the AC made a noise and she was kind in giving me another room. The building is older and it shows the staff do what they can and are very helpful. Good location.

The Price of a 75.00 deposit was not in writing, or mentioned and was charged once I arrived. The floors in the shower was wet as if someone had just finished using the shower bath. The toilet had to be flushed several times before clear.

Stayed due to hurricane Milton. Was grateful for a safe place that was also pet-friendly. Room floor was very dirty and our tv volume was so low & could not be controlled, bad remote or stuck in some kind of mode that would also not allow us to turn it off without unplugging it at night. Woman who said she was a manager at desk was rude upon checkout when I told her about the tv and mentioned that room was not up to par. Breakfast was decent and beds were comfortable. Liked the dog park area.

Not the best
I don't normally have any problems sleeping BUT ! Noisiest a/c ever had to unplug it but still extremely noisy from surrounding rooms. My room located right next to the noisiest elevator ever (vibrations could be felt through the walls) ! I think that the elevator needs urgent attention !Fridge was noisy - unplugged it ! Visited a few days after Hurricane Milton and desperately needed wifi to reorganise hotels etc - no wifi connection in room ! Good wifi in the lobby though.
