Nice and clean. High end look. One complaint is that the dining service took an unreasonably long time for service and food delivery. Otherwise a nice stay.

Room was mostly clean. The bedding is nice and comfortable. I noticed dust in corners. Bathroom is the least spacious I have encountered. No space for toiletries or hair appliances One towel rack over sink.
Iron was broken. It took 35 minutes for someone to bring a replacement

The restaurant situation was unacceptable. Room service arrived with plastic cutlery and there was no housekeeping services. That is fine for a Days Inn but not a hotel that cost you 900 dollars for two nights!

glad it was only one night
I was going to check in late and called to let the front desk know so they didn't assume I was a no show and it took be over an hour to get someone. I kept being sent to a voice mail that you couldn't leave a message. I finally hit reservations where a lovely employee willing to book me another room told me all I have to do was call the same numeber and do what I did 3 other times and someone would pick up. I explained that didn't happen and could she possibly reach the front desk for me. Happy to report you was able to connect me to the front desk and I did let them know of my arrive time. when my party of 3 guests arrive to check into the hotel one of them did not get the room I paid more for so what is the point of requesting a specific room if they will just give you want they want to?
