NO INTERNET! Be Careful!
Terrible experience. I stayed here for 3 days and had no internet the entire time. Every time I asked the receptionist about it, I got a different excuse. On the last day, I asked to speak with the manager, but the receptionist brushed me off, promising an email that never came. To make things worse, they flat-out refused my request for compensation. Completely unprofessional and dishonest—I would never stay here again.

The riverfront locations is perfect and the room was perfect. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy to get across the river for attractions. The staff was helpful and the room was very clean.

This property is located in the heart of the Ribeira area. Lots of restaurants, street performers and a great view of the river and the Dom Luis bridge. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Within walking distance of all tourist areas.

Great property right along the Douro and beside a square so it can be loud at night if there are musicians or dogs barking in the square. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the river and bridge. Lobby area is very small and it's at the bottom of a hill, sometimes cars aren't allowed down so you'll need to walk up to the street to catch your Uber or bus. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area.

What a perfect location for exploring Porto. You are right on Ribeira square and it can get noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. An excellent breakfast open till 11:30am.

Hotel was nice, paid extra to get in early but ended up having to wait over an hour for the room. The first night we had no heat the second night we had to wait around for almost 2 hours to have the heat fixed. The internet connection was very poor on the third floor.

David & Nunu were amazing. This hotel is very small but amazing. In the heart of the historical district which made it even more quaint. It's right on the river and everything around you is in walking distance. The staff here was amazing and the views were unbelievable. Would definitely stay here again.
