Don’t do it!
Room is very dated - didn’t even want to step into the shower - piles of old furniture on grounds outside our window. - would not recommend! Coffee not even drinkable.

Disappointed
Bare essentials only. Maintenance and cleanliness was overall quite poor. Five minutes without socks and kids feet were black with dirt. Beds were very uncomfortable. Very disappointed. This room should have been no more than 100 night.

Outdated and dirty. The owners are the only staff in the place and they clean after hosts leave, and I guess they need more people since the room I stayed in had layers of dust everywhere. Furniture was very outdated and the bed frame made a lot of noise due to the springs. It’s a good place to spend the night if you need to rest and keep traveling the next morning but not to stay there for vacations. I wished I had known this before booking with them since I stayed here 5 days and 4 nights and I totally wished I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

I was charged for a no-show although the reservation was never confirmed and a confirmation email was never received. A reminder to check in email was received the night prior; much too late as I had to make another reservation at another hotel for the same night. Spoken English with the hotel representative was not clear.

Property was O.K.... The Bathrooms were definately a bit neglected on the "repair" work that had been done. For the price it was a decent stay.

Could use some maintenance.
Two windows in our room were broken and had to be proped up to open. Bathroom window was literally falling apart and when closed you could stick something through to the outside. Makes it easy for a peeping tom beings its on the bottom floor and the only window without a srub under it. Room 123! Floor heater didnt seem to work. Was a little chilly in the morning. Bumped the wall in the bathroom and chunk of grout fell out. Said it was an ocean view room and couldnt see the ocean at all. Other than that everything seemed fine.

Close to town and right on the highway which surprisingly wasn’t that noisy. This rooms were small and needed a serious sweeping to get rid of the dirt and sand that others had left, and don’t stay if you are a fan of hot showers…or of showers you can actually fit into. A major plus is that the staff (owners?) were very friendly and seem like they are doing their best, but they are trying to do it all themselves. They need help. This place needs help and I’m surprised Wyndham put their name on it. Did it suck? No. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but we were on a budget and this place fit it Best way I could describe it is that “it wasn’t horrible”

It was a comfortable place to stay. no a/C which wouldn't be so bad being on the coast, but the room had no circulation, only window was next to the door, and the ceiling fan was useless. So it got stuffy at night. Everything else was good

Cute hotel w/ ocean view.
Its your very basic small family ran hotel. The outside is very cute and decorated inbeach theme, with an ocean view and centrally located. They had waffles, 2 cereals and few other breakfast items. Definitely only worth a 1-2 night stay.

We booked because it was affordable. Not a dump, but could use some changes. The bed was nice and the sheets were clean, however the towels smelled of cheap detergent and were not soft. The room was mostly clean, but not totally. The floors were awful. We booked here because there was not carpet in the room, but the floor appeared to not have been mopped in a long time. It felt super gritty and it made my socks black instantly. The shower was ok, but the soap and shampoo was obviously the same thing. It smelled like a combination of Pinesol and ant spray. Needles to say I had to buy soap and shampoo for this trip. Oh and they did not come in to replace the towels, and there was not a note saying they only did on request. When I mentioned this they did apologize.
