Very overpriced. Motel was average, but very overpriced. Could have stayed a half mile down the road at the Hampton Inn for less money and it had a continental breakfast and a restaurant.

Um yeah….
Had a few days to kill between work meetings so I wanted to do the keys for a few hours. Couldn’t get a decent room down there so this popped up. Ok looks alright let’s do it. Got my key from the nice lady and left for the keys. Came back at 9 at night and realized I got a room with sever water damage and mold. Whole place had swollen up freshly painted baseboards and door jambs. Within 5 minutes my head hurts. Within 15 my sinuses are jacked up. They tried to cover it up with paint and pinesol cleaner to mask it but after reading the reviews on google I’m not the only one that had this problem. Got up early to leave and the water was turned off. Couldn’t shower, wash my face, brush my teeth or flush the toilet. Could be a cool place but was a sever waste of $200

Great place to stay on a budget
The stay was great! The area was amazing, the price point was very good, and the facilities were good. The property manager was excellent, helpful and extremely nice. They have free paddle boards and kayaks which you can use the canal to paddle up to the Curry Hammock Park. The room was a little out dated and the WiFi was spotty or it would have been all 5’s.

We booked last minute for two nights. The room was large, very spacious. Bed was super comfy. Large fridge, microwave, Keurig. Lady in reception was very informative. Nice pool, there's bike riding, tennis and a few other things I've forgotten. BBQ's are available for use. Public grocery store a couple of miles away. A nice mid-way point in the Keys.

Great Stay!
Unique property. Located in the middle of Marathon, yet very quiet!! Great pool. Apparently there were some included water activities, unfortunately we weren't there long enough to enjoy. Blaze the property dog was always friendly and willing to receive some good pets (I obviously missed my dog ) Would definitely come back!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, la chambre est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous sommes au calme. Nous avons pu récupérer les clés plus tôt que prévu. La piscine est bien, il y a un petit court de tennis (?). Dans la cuisine il y’a de la vaisselle et des couverts.

Rooms have roaches and literally go in your fridge! Saw many roaches and had to have the fridge removed from the room that had food we just had ordered that roaches got into!!! The staff were uncaring and didn't seem to think it was an issue. Was told that we would be moved into a different room/location and it kept changing. Someone tried getting into our room at 8am by banging and then entering with the key pad. Luckily we had the lock on, so door didn't open all the way. Staff member Bailey was extremely rude and didn't help resolve any issues and they have yet to refund the hotel deposit that we paid. They acted like the roaches are no big deal and never apologized for all the inconveniences of us having to throw out our food that we just bought. The manager never contacted me back either, because we are assuming Bailey or John never told the manager "Lisa" (Bailey said LIsa would get mad if she didn't know about the issues and she would not give us a phone number to reach her at.... this tells me they hide stuff. Bailey told us would have Lisa call us and she never did!). No one has reached out! The location of the property on the water was pretty and the room looks nice inside, but beware of the roaches! Literally 30 mins of being there were saw plenty! The worker on site named John that we reported the issue to asked to see pictures and videos of the roaches we saw. We showed him. Irritating though... how many videos and pictures does one need to know a roach!
