2 night getaway.
Stayed for 2 nights when visiting family. Had a courtesy call from hotel on way up to check if we needed a reservation for the restaurant which i thought was very nice. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room was nice, tho we didnt ask for a disabled bathroom. It was fine for the 2 nights we were there but i think i would have preferred a bath if i was there any longer. Allin alla nice place to stay.

We didnt stay as the room my son was in had mold and he is asthmatic. They told me my son couldnt drink even though im his mother. We had a bottle of vodka as a wedding gift and they said we couldnt have it on the table even though it was unopen. We couldnt play pool even though we were hotel guests. We was told we couldnt sit in the bar area as we had a 12year old even though it was a prrivate function. Its like they where stalking us and it was quite upsetting and really spoilt us trying to celebrate our friends wedding. We just decided to leave as we felt really uncomfortable and like being watched all the time we was there. Very dissapointed and definitely wont go here again. Yes we lost our money but i just wanted to leave very very sad and management just laughed when we explained the situation very unprofessional indeed.

Excellent stay highly recommended 🙏
Enjoyed our overnight stay here, only one night but the staff were excellent and the food was outstanding, very clean room and a power shower was a welcome addition as well as the big screen TV darts & pool table,

Good value for money.
I chose to pay a few pounds extra for my room and had a very large, comfortable room with a four-poster bed, I also had an en-suite with shower and bath. All the staff were helpful. including the night porter who took my keys when I left at five o'clock in the morning. The food was good and good value. I was informed that I had been given the bridal sweet but apparently the upgrade I paid for did not include a bride.

A Very Pleasant Stay.
After a slight issue at check in which was quickly resolved by the very helpful and amusing Gareth, my daughter and I had a very pleasant stay at Millfields. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the coffee was excellent.

Lovely hotel.
When arriving at a hotel I expect to be checked in without having to listen to the employee complain that she should have gone home 30 minutes ago! The entire check-in process was less than satisfactory but we did get the key to our room and things started to improve.
The young man behind the bar was very friendly and efficient and a much better representative for the hotel.
