Stay was ok
The hotel is a little dated, rooms are big, beds need refreshing, TV sound not good, central Heating system noisy but warm in the room. Staff very friendly.

The room was clean and tidy. There was an usual odour which was initially annoying. There were several neutradol odour fighters dotted around so I guess the problem was long term. The bed sagged badly in the middle which meant my wife and I rolled together overnight. However the second night, due my wife attending a conference at a nearby hotel I had the bed to myself. This meant I rolled into the central pit everytime I turned over in the night.

A pleasant stay on the outskirts of MK
This was an enjoyable stay. The accommodation was very pleasant, the service very friendly and helpful and the location was lovely for walks along the canal. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the big rush of the city

Nicly situated for the canal
Lovely room plenty of space with a bath as we requested. Room has a microwave and a fridge. We didnt use the microwave but the fridge was needed. Wonderfully situated on the canal with a nice pub restaurant next door. Recommend a walk up the canal, about 30 minutes, to the Wharbler on the Wharf. Lovely views and nice food. Uber into town is cheap and only takes 10 minutes to the main shopping nall

Stayed here on and off during my last 11 weeks of working here, prices fluctuate a lot so only stayed when affordable, but always been good, front of house staff are a credit to this hotel

What a gem
What a gem of a hotel, a bit dated with the decor but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom has bath/shower combo and free toiletries. Our room looked over the marina which was an added bonus. Pub next was ok for evening meals but breakfast was very good value.

From first arrival was warm young man manning the desk very helpful chatty and friendly shame couldn't be said for the rest of the staff. Beds beware soft doest come close woke up with my feet higher than my head no air con = not the best night sleep. On arrival back to the hotel after being out was greated by what i can only describe as a uber delivery person on a large electric scooter who was struggling to get back out of the entrance from the rooms to the main reception why would you let people in to the building with such a lave vehicle but also such a large fire risk with the battries on board. Overall nice hotel just needs some slightly higher standards
