Magic moments review
Really fun and would be so entertaining for kids. (I went with my fiancé). We enjoyed it. Bed was too bouncy and soft for us- but we still slept well. Bathroom vent is very loud. Breakfast was good. Very eco friendly with the breakfast set up and reusable items. Definitely take your kids here if you don’t wanna drop a fat cheque- our stay was pretty affordable. They do have shuttle to seaworld, Disney and universal (but coincides with the start of breakfast)!! Keep that in mind. You gotta sacrifice either breakfast or the shuttle ride!!

Bonito hotel para niños.
El lugar es increible en relacion precio - calidad. Es muy barato y esta super ubicado, puedes salir caminando a buscar comida o hacer algunas compras, incluso ir a la feria. La propiedad esta diseñada para niños... hay una area verde con juegos, casitas de madera, resbaladillas, juegos de todo tipos, super para los niños. Como consejo, reserven las habitaciones con tematica para niños, esas estan situadas justo enfrente de esa area de juegos y es mas comodo. Me encanto que incluyen desayino buffet de excelente calidad, ademas que en el transcurso de los alimentos salen personajes de Universal o Disney y a los niños les encanta. Tengan cuidado con la persona que esta frente a cafetería, una pequeña oficina donde te ofrecen dinero en cash y entradas a parques o noches de hotel por ir a una "platica" solo es venta de tiempos compartidos, eso no me gusto. Lo que quiero resaltar es la atención del personal del Lobby y la chica de cafeteria, muy serviciames y amables. El lugar cuenta con 1 lavadora y 1 secadora y venden ahi mismo el detergente aun que es caro, recomiendo ir a lado del hotel, hay un dollar 3 y ahi venden mas barato. En general me gusto, podria regresar.

Great place for younger kids
I was in Orlando for a brief Disney trip. I don't have young kids but there were lots of ammenities (bouncy house, arcade, pool, play structures and playroom) that would appeal to families with young children. Convenient location (about 15 minutess) to Disney.

Clean rooms, but crowded property
The room was OK, however there was signs of wear. It was clean overall though which is the most important thing to me. For some reason I thought that this was a split resort - one side for families, and one Side for adults. That was my mistake... this place was positively teaming with children, which made breakfast difficult. Overall, I would consider a different property if I was in the area again.

Enhanced motel not a resort
Cute idea for a hotel, but it needs some works.. this is posted as a resort, It’s more of a motel that is geared kind of towards kids. The outdoor play areas for the kids were great, a lot for them to wear themselves out. However the rest of the hotel is decorated in cheap crystal and glass decor. Not kid friendly at all. They have 1 person doing check in and the entire staff speaks English as their second language so check in took much longer than it should have. Their lobby is filled with breakable decor, so standing there with your kids for that long was a pain. The rooms were comfortable but nothing fancy. Just a top sheet for covers, no blankets and it was cold the night we were there. The heater stopped working in the middle of the night, so luckily it wasn’t too cold. Our bathroom did not have a bathtub, just a shower like a locker room shower. Nothing to prevent the water from flooding the entire bathroom floor. We did their free breakfast the next morning, which consisted of waffles, rubber pre-made omelet with a slice of Kraft cheese in in, a meatball and some the normal continental breakfast. There is Starbucks you can purchase. The place was okay for a night or two, I would have been disappointed if this was where we were staying our entire trip. Definitely not a “4+ star resort” as stated.
