Nice hotel
Overall this is a nice hotel. Great view of beach and the bay from our balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room's tv wouldn't work, couldn't connect to its satellite, so that was a little frustrating. Staff tried to fix it twice but still no luck. Room was nice and spacious. One area near the bed needing moping, but otherwise a clean room. We would stay here again.

Nice waterfront view from balcony. Room is dated and needs updating. Can hear every step people in the room above you take all day and night. If you’re going to stay here request a room on the top floor. Pay close attention to your bank or credit card information if you prepay as some people working at front desk erroneously charged me and am still waiting for the pending charges to drop off.

Won’t Return
I’ll start by saying the staff is friendly and the location/view is wonderful. However, the “penthouse” we stayed in for 2 nights was not wonderful. The carpet and table chair fabric was filthy with many stains. The sliding door blinds were very dirty with several missing pieces so you can’t completely close them. Hard floors were very dirty under furniture, like that’s where stuff (including hair and fingernails) got swept to. The shower water has an unpleasant odor that was very noticeable during every use. Dust and spider webs visible on the track lighting and ceiling fan. Room 411 really needs a thorough cleaning and updates! No central air, wall units only. At nearly $800 for 2 nights and a penthouse title we expected a clean room. Parking was easy and the grab and go breakfast was convenient. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the specific room we had, we won’t return.

The property was very well kept. Room was very clean, could use a little paint freshening up some wear and tear. Bed was very comfortable. Room was large with a great view. Could use a vending machine for snacks, chips, candy and or options in the office area. Staff were extremely helpful and very nuce.

We stayed two nights & really relaxed here. King size bed with a patio door that overlooks the water & beach. Extra nice having the patio to sit out on especially in the evening. Bathroom areas do need an update.

Very beautiful views and clean. Only complaint I have is the person who checked us in was not friendly. Almost felt like we were bothering him. First impressions count. After that all other staff members were friendly and very helpful. We did have a wonderful time.

The property is great! We had a great view, but our room was outdated, rusty floor registers, dirty floor molding. But the bathroom shower area was the worst! Corners of the floor had dirt lodged in them, the floor appeared dirty and I wore my flip flops the whole time. I wish the place was cleaner!

Although a great location and beach, the room was very dated and the bathroom had a curtain where a wall should have been allowing everyone to hear someone using the toilet. No privacy as we were sharing the room with another couple. Even if it were just my husband and myself it would not have been appropriate. Bathroom was also in poor repair-mold in the shower, baseboards and sink fixtures falling apart. Sliding glass door was a struggle to open half way and people swimming could look directly into our room. Was not what we expected based on the hotels photos and not a good value fir the price we paid
