Garbage Hotel & tiny bed & Broken safety.
Everything beyond the lobby is GARBAGE! I'm used to staying in the cheapest and simplest accommodations. The only nice thing here was the kind & friendly staff who let us check in early (booked before I realized the check in was not until 4pm). The huge room I booked for 2 people & 1 dog had only one FULL SIZE bed. The walls & doors were filthy & scuffed. The bathroom was dirty and moldy with long hair in the tub. The window did not lock w/o force (told first off that they're not responsible for theft but offer no security). The back hallway entrance that should need a key card to enter, would not close. In 30 years of cheap hotel stays, I've only stayed in one hotel worse, a Motel 6 in Helena, MT.

Dis appointed
I booked this room for family with children because of the inside pool. My daughter went to check in and was told the INSIDE pool was closed for the winter due to the cold weather! This info was not on the website. She was also told that breakfast was from 6-9am and went out at 8am to get food for the kids and was told all they had was coffee! There's no microwave or refrigerator, and when she went to get ice to keep their drinks cold for the night, she was told she could not use that much ice.

Checked in. Asked the lady if there was anyway possible to get top floor she said they were empty tonight and weren’t putting anyone up there because they only had one housekeeper. Ok. I’m fine with that. Get our key room smells, poorly lit lighting so you can see how filthy it is. loose long hair strands on a pillow, crumbs on one of the bed sheets. Went and asked for 2 extra pillows cause I need 2 for my head cause I’m a side sleeper and I have bad hips and needed a pillow between my legs. She says they only have 2 extra pillows and they just gave them out. Seriously? 2 extra pillows? I asked for possibly pillows from empty room since they had 1 other car in the parking lot. She said no. Husband went down and asked for a pillowcase for the obviously dirty pillow. Spiderwebs obvious on several of the walls above beds and drapes. Bathroom had a lot of mold in the shower and on the ceiling. You didn’t even have to look it was soooo obvious!! What the heck?! I was gonna cancel our other night here but we were already charged and non refundable…😡 like seriously. When hotels are obviously this bad, and you can prove it to the people right after check in within minutes, it should be mandatory that they have to allow you to cancel and reimburse you.. NEVER AGAIN. Felt like I needed shower shoes! Felt like I had cooties after a shower that shampoo and conditioner was not included… thank goodness my young daughter had have a mind and took the shampoo and conditioner from our last

Cross country trip
This is a Motel 6, they are not fancy but basic lodging. This was a one night stay and part of a longer trip. The hotel was very clean but as to be expected no frills. We would absolutely stay again if in the area.
