Our room was dirty, and I don't mean just a hair or a dirty towel, I mean dirty. I moved the pillow on one of the beds, and there was a dead fly, then i decided to look at the pillowcases. Almost all the pillowcases (6 pillows) were dirty (stained, mascara on them, dirt). The bathroom was the worst. The shower didnt look like it had a good cleaning in months. Dust, dirt and grime build up in the corners, the floor and the walls. We were in a handicapped accessible room because thats what they had left, and the shower chair that a handicapped person would use was dirty. There was absolutely hardly any hot water or water pressure when I showered and the showerhead was rusty and had quite a bit of calcium or build up on it. I knew we weren't staying at the Ritz Carlton but i have stayed at many Baymonts and this one by far was the worst unfortunately.
However, the gentelman at the desk who checked us in was extremely nice and welcoming and the lady who checked us out was very nice and polite.
I think they are due for a remodel or updating soon.
