Clean , but Bring your own cups and towels
Clean, bed fine. Only 1 overhead light, missing 1 of 2 bulbs, no lamps, could barely see. Tv turned on but could not access any channels so no tv. Not a single waterglass or even plastic cup for water, or brushing teeth. No coffeepot. No conditioner. Linens (2 tiny towels) and a washcloth clean but size and thickness of towels found in the back of your great grandma’s linen closet from 1950. Not even close to standard quality of a hotel charging almost 100 bucks a night. Good hot water in shower though.

Ideal for 1 night and you enjoy noise and basics
The place was dirty, the door had no insulation and we got to hear all the outside noise. The cars speeding and people in and out at all hours of the night.

Run-down Alfred Hitchcock Psycho-like.
No shower curtain. Woodwork falling off the wall. Paint peeling off in big chunks. No AM coffee. No instant coffee in the room. Window lock broken. It did have a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but no cups. They don't have ice or ice buckets. Two very small worn out pillows. The TV remote didn't work very well. Very poorly maintained. Not accessible to nearby busses.

My room very far from the office didnt connect to the wifi. Changed rooms. Wifi connected but a bit slow. New room the tv didnt work. I plugged in the cable and got it going. Some powet outlets dont work or dont work well. Paid substabtial fee to check in a couple hrs early. For a budget hotel where the ropm was ready, it seems lousy to charge esp when theres no safe place to store luggage. I checked in through a little slot in a window as if im dangerous. All this tells u the type of place it is. Some decent coffee shops nearby tho.

Disgusting downtown
The place is disgusting room 364 was the first one I took three steps in an saw a roach on the wall by the bed then by a/c I closed the door went back to the office he said without missing a beat "ground floor" I was given the new key card and room 126 I didn't see anything in that room but I didn't stay I was afraid I would wake up with one on me so I left didn't dtay

Someone staying a few doors down from us had their door kicked in by some other person not staying at the hotel and the people in the room we're kicked out. Someone staying on a floor below us offered to let the person stay in their room since the door didnt lock anymore and the person running the desk locked him out of his room and his ID was held from him for offering. The guy was let back into his room but the office person told him he was keeping his ID in the office as "collateral". Im all for a dumpy hotel, we dont need anything fancy but the management at this hotel doesnt care about you or your safety. I recommend finding a different dumpy hotel because this one aint it.
