Not as advertised
I rented atb Palm Desert Suites. I rented a suite with a king bed, refrigerator, utensils, and a heater. It's a full size bed, no refrigerator, it had plastic spoons and knives, no forks. The heater is a small plug in type that doesn't seem safe. The key me into my room but haven't given me the code for the door. I don't know who else has the code. It's a residential style code lock. A 100 people could have the code already

Don’t stay here the shower doesn’t work properly!
The place looks as if it has been newly updated and has nice furnishings but if you are going to do all that work the shower should work properly. There was no water pressure at all! I couldn’t even get the shampoo out of my hair. We let the place know about it and they did nothing about it! We should have been refunded our money and r been offered to move to another room!! They shouldn’t rent a place that isn’t ready!

Microwave and fridge had no power, as did the table lamp. Put in a work order which did nothing. Second work oder finally got results. Laundry service for guests was not working.

I hate to leave a bad review but this time I have to. First of all there is no front desk. Our room looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was full of old mismatch furniture. Old bedding. No hair dryer, no iron, no utensils, no soap, no shampoo. Our bathroom had no door! A/C does not work! It was a cold night and we where freezing we only had a sheet and a thin comforter. They have renovated rooms, but we got the crappy one. I sent texts and called but nobody answered. Besides one lady that helped us with the check in. She was really helpful. Not worth the price.

We booked a room for three. When we got there there was only bedding for two. We called and the man we spoke to said he didn't even know there was a sofa bed in the room. He said he will check and call us back. When he called he apologized when he realized there was a sofa bed for the third person. He also said he will call us back in 20 minutes to get bedding for us. He never did and we had no blankets, sheets, or pillow. He also told us that the office is in building G. When we went there the next morning, housekeeping told us there is no such office. We also paid extra for the deluxe, champagne service, room. We got just the regular room that would have been cheaper. We have not received any call back from them yet.

Nice stay but lacked basic necessities
Property was clean and modern. Check in was seemless. Disappointed there was no shampoo or shower soap and no wash cloths. Had to go purhase at local grocery store.

Lack of Signage.
Had a very hard time finding hotel. There isn’t a sign or visible office. Wasted a good half hour plus some level of stress. It was dark out. Had the correct address but looked like a residential property.

We'll be back.
The check-in process was entirely digital, and really efficient. We knew exactly where to go and what to do. Any questions were promptly addressed. Al checked in on us after we arrived in the room and reminded us we had access to the heated pool. Very nice touch. The room furnishings were up to date, clean and comfortable. We were impressed and will make a point of checking out Palm Desert Suites on our next visit.

Enjoyable stay
Overall it was good stay. Both pools were amazing. I love how pet friendly this hotel suites were. Great location. My room didn't look like on the pictures. It was older room, but spacious. I was little bit disappointed with missing basic hotel room equipment, like hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, kleenex, chair to sit by kitchen to have a meal, etc.. Excellent and friendly communication with staff over texts. Immediate responses

Palm Desert Get Away
Newly renovated with IKEA furniture, Smart TV. New Appliances, Full -sized Refrigerator and Stove. Large open room, with small couch and 2 chairs. Large Wall of Windows opening to balcony overlooking beautiful pool. Two chairs and small table on Patio.

Simply Fantastic
I originally picked this hotel because it was inexpensive compared to others in the area. This hotel blew my mind! I was in the newly renovated VIP suite and it was amazing. The service was unbelievable, they actually called me twice to make sure I had everything I needed before I checked in. They texted me the room passcode so I didn't eve have to check in with the lobby. The room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
