A few things...
The room had issues. The refrigerator would only freeze not just refrigerate. The room phone did not work was missing an iron board no Internet for Wi-Fi. Even the hotel staff could not figure out how to fix the hotel Wi-Fi, which was in operative for almost the entire duration of a three day stay. This was a significant inconvenience. The TV only had 25 channels to choose from. The dining room coffee was lukewarm at best. cleanliness and spaciousness of the room were the best things. housekeeping staff was awesome, very helpful and personable when I approached them. The room key only worked 50% of the time. Lastly, luckily I had two keys one for me and one for my visitor.

Would highly recommend!
The staff were the most courteous and helpful that I have ever stayed with. The rooms were clean and week appointed. This was my first stay with this particular hotel and I will choose this one over all of the others in Lawton. Great rooms with a lovely staff that is centrally located.

Horrible experience
Very terrible experience. Had a late flight. Came to my hotel only to discover that they canceled my reservation for very funny reason that they called me and i didn't pick. I told them i was airborne. So it was very confusing. I tried to work something out because it was really late at 11pm. The front desk didnt even try to assist. She said all rooms are booked. I tried to tell her i called previous day before my journey to confirm my reservation, she said she doesn’t know who i called..i opened my phone showed her the email confirmation for my reservation but she was not interested because they were giving out my room for higher price. I walked out disappointed in that cold and had to go get another hotel. I will never recommend or stay in this hotel again if i find myself in lawton in the future.

Here’s a draft for your review: We stayed at this hotel for one night while attending my nephew’s graduation training, and it was a great choice! The location was excellent—close to many attractions, stores, and a variety of food options, making it very convenient. The polo field was also just a short drive away, which was a big plus for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It made our short stay stress-free and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Never Again
I booked a room and was unable to make my reservation due to a family emergency. I contacted the hotel and they refused to refund my money and was very rude and disrespectful. I’ll never stay with is hotel again. Things happen that’s out of our control and people should have more compassion in this world. Either way family first.

Covid spoiled me
Pillows-aweful, bathroom-bad showerhead,water everywhere. Decent towels. Despencer for bath products- missing. Light through window blinding and curtains did not close.

Expected more for my money
The room needs an update and improvements . needs improvement on their bed and pillows. The bathroom was dingy doors and vanity in terrible shape, shower didn’t have no water pressure. refrigerator loud all night . Ice machine not working.
