Hotel Niles is a wonderful place but we feel management and staff have changed there is divide between older and new part of hotel which is awkward. Breakfast was cold and my husband asked for ice the night before and literally only got 2 ice cubes. Then the manager son came to our door with bad attitude stating if any problems to come to him as my husband left the 2 ice cubes that would have melted before getting to our room with front desk person whom also looked shocked. Who gives 2 baby ice cubes to make soda colder? Water did not drain correctly as someone else's hair was stuck in drain. Previous staff that were awesome but the staff that are their now make it bad experience and do not recommend staying st this hotel as we will not be returning.

Amazing Experience and Friendly Staff
It was an amazing experience. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Best part was spacious bathroom and warm floor of the bathroom (never experienced that in other hotels I've stayed before). Would love to go back in future

It’s a nice cozy hotel and staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast area is nice as it’s located at top floor. Only drawback is rooms are very small and hard to move around with luggage in the room.

This was honestly the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Decor was 10/10. So many unique pieces, you can tell they really put time and effort into making the place special. All of the staff were super friendly to my friend and I! The rooftop for breakfast was stunning, and good food options. The location was also great! It is a 5-minute walk from the Grand Bazaar and next to many shops, restaurants, mosques, and tourist/sightseeing spots! The only slight issue is that there wasn't a lock on the bathroom door. Luckily, I shared the room with one of my close friends so we thought it was funny, but otherwise it'd be great to add that so there's a bit more privacy! I would definitely stay here again for my next visit to Istanbul.

This is a cute boutique hotel in a decent area and it's family owned. I loved the vintage look. However, the hotel need new beds. New mattresses. I woke up every day feeling achy because of the old and low mattresses. The food is good. Breakfast was great but because i didn't sleep well i wouldn't stay here again. The shopping in the area is cool.

If you're looking for a hotel with outstanding service and a positive atmosphere, I highly recommend the Niles Hotel. It was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to staying there again!

The staff make us feel like home! Extraordinary service. Always willing to help. Tolga was incredible, he will go extramiles to try to help us. Breakfast and afternoon tea is included on the price. We also love the terrace ! I will go back there next time in Istanbul for sure!

I spend a few nights in Niles Hotel. For me the location close to the old city was the main reason for the choice. Rooms are fine for the stay, Breakfast is a nice mixture of of different things and I found enough. Also breakfast room at highest floor is quite nice. Staff is really supportive. Whatever question you have they try to help and e.g. give suggestions. It was the second stay for me at Hotel Niles.

An excellent find. Small family run hotel (genuinely all one family) which is in a perfect location for exploring Istanbul's major sites. Walls maybe a little thin but think we were unlucky with noisy neighbours rather than it being a normal issue. Would def use this hotel again if we go back to Istanbul. Also worth saying that the include breakfast was also good with plenty of choice
