京都大倉酒店

Nice service, staff are good in english, overall a nice experoence

酒店地下通道直达地铁，交通十分方便。 其他没有什么很特别的感觉，就是正常的水平。不会觉得物超所值，不过也不会觉得太贵。

Location was great and we walk to most of the sightseeing places and shopping and restaurant. We booked twin room with one sofa bed, Room was clean and spacious, very comfy bed.

Through our whole stay, we were all greeted by extremely polite service personnel, all of them speaking fluent English. The location is ideal for a short walk to Gion or Nishiki market. It also has a direct underground walkway to the subway station, which became very handy during rainfall. The most impressive part, after all, is the true Japanese courtesy we experienced in this western style hotel though our whole stay.

飯店有五星級水準，很可惜員工只有一星級水準，員工服務態度破壞了旅客旅遊興致. We went to the coffee shop in the hotel, one of the manager （Mr.Kawashima) was very impolite, sort of ruined our family fun for the night.

A wonderful hotel with stunning views to the east towards Higashiyama. Lots of great restaurant choices; quality suberb. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel leads directly down to a subway station for convenience but there's also a handy shuttle that takes you to Kyoto station which is about a twenty minute drive away. The Okura will definitely be my choice when I return to Kyoto!

Overall good stay, the twin rooms are a bit small but are okay for a solo person if you don't need any frills. Service was overall pretty good and the staff were rather nice and accomidating; they were nice people at the hotel. I had some minor issues but overall the hotel is worth staying at.

Close to shopping mall teramachi and right above major railway station. 10 min taxi to Shinkansen almost all staff speak English will recommend to friends and relatives best place to stay in kyoto

Sitting at easy walking distance to the main tourism point, with access to all variety of Japanese cuisine and shops. The hotel itself is grand and comfort with good view of the city. The top floor restaurant gives you a very nice view of the famous temples and castles of Kyoto.
