This is a lovely hotel that is a 5-minute walk from the historic plaza. The Pool is open to the air and comfortable. The food is excellent, and the indoor courtyards are magnificent.

Four Nights in GDL
I really liked the hotel, but our room had white lights so it made the room feel very industrial and office-like. The pillows were also uncomfortable and very large so my neck was hurting through the night. The shower also filled up with water so it was gross with so much water sloshing around. I also did not enjoy the buffet downstairs. The coffee was pretty bad. Some of the food was good but I didn’t love the salsa rojo. Maybe if we had a different room, we would have a better experience, but I thought the hotel room was just okay.

Bittersweet Stay
AC started making a humming noise around 11pm, and broke down in the middle of the night, dripping water right above the bathroom door making the floor very wet, which my daughter slipped and almost fell, we had to change rooms around 3:20 am which was very inconvenient, therefore we did not sleep at all that night. Being that my daughter is diabetic, her sleep is very important for her well being. -But I gotta say, the housekeeping ladies, specially Suzy, were very nice and cleaned our room very well. The breakfast was delicious.

Great hotel
Great location and hotel. Daily breakfast was includes and the lady at the egg station who made our omelettes was amazing. I didn’t get her name but a top notch employee! Rest of the staff were great too but she definitely stood out.

Historic beauty in heart of old town
Beautiful hotel in the old area. Walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The hotel itself is iconic and gorgeous! The service staff are very friendly and attentive. The only con for us was the bed was too hard and only queen size other than that exactly what we wanted!

Pésima Actitud de Servicio por Objeto Olividado
Elegi este hotel por su comentarios y ubicacion por una noche con mi esposa e hija la primera impresion fue de un lobby y los pasillos con poca luz artificial y natural cuestione con la recepcionista el por que y respondio que es por el concepto, la habitacion y el desayuno sin queja del servicio de los meseros y cocina, la UNICA QUEJA fue que mi hija olvido un vaso grande de Starbucks que compro en Canada en la mesita de cafe en la habitacion # 203 yo desocupe la habitacion y olivide retiralo o guardarlo en el equipaje al efectuar el check out, salimos del hotel y tomamos carretera como a los 30 minutos mi hija pregunta por su vaso lo busca en dos bolsas y no lo encuentra yo llamo a la recepcion me atiende amablemente la senorita anastacia le externo la situacion me responde que lo checara con ama de llaves y concierge y que le llamara despues, a mi me quedo la duda de si yo hubiera guardado en las 2 maletas por lo que al llegar a PV al desempacar todo y buscar en el auto a detalle y no encontrarlo le llamo a anatastacia nuevamente no la localizo ,el siguiente dia me comunico con anastacia nuevamente y me comenta que no habia nada en la habitacion pero que ella le preguntara a la camarista yo le aseguro despues de buscar lo olvide en la habitacion. me pide que le llame otra vez, le marco el sabado.por su dia de descanso me atendio la concierge o alexandra groseramente me atendio le marco el domingo pregunto por anastacia y la niega, su actitud fue de que no es su problema.

I've stayed in many hotels across Mexico, and abroad, from Poland to Canada, and Hotel Morales has to be the best in class, all around. Quiet, accessible, beautiful, well-staffed, and didn't kill my budget. When I come back to Guadalajara, I will be staying here!
