Smelly!!!
The room they gave us smelled terribly of something heavy ammonia. I do t think it was urine but it was close. I spent 3 minutes in there and my eyes started to water. So I asked if they had another room. The front desk agent was very accommodating and got me another room. This room also had a bit of the smell it it was 100 times less. It was almost midnight and we wear travel weary so we were fine with that. But the room and its condition definitely didn’t warrant a $100+ price tag. It wasn’t until morning that we realized that there was no shower curtain. I did my best to shower into the corner so water didn’t get all over the floor, but it was a fruitless effort. On top of that, they seemed to have capped the shower faucet so you couldn’t get more than lukewarm water. Bathroom sink was extra hot, but no hot shower for us.
So, while service was friendly and accommodating, it was not the best experience. The bed was at least comfortable.

Convenient location off the highway on route. Friendly, helpful staff. Able to use the pool. Didn’t feel that the bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned as the taps in the shower and sink area had not been shined. Didn’t like that the security bar on the door had been broken off and not repaired. The pool definitely needs to be repainted. It gives the impression that it is dirty but it is probably clean. Overall not bad but nothing to write home about.

We arrived in the evening. The gentleman at the front desk attempted to accomodate our stay in everyway. However, the first room we were placed in was filled with mold
Along the backside of the ceiling as well as spots on the ceiling. The smell of mildew was overwhelming. You could definitely detect water issues. The shower had cracks throughout the shell and the shampoo was broken off. The front desk gentleman swithched us to a much better room but you were able to still smell mildew and in the bathroom there was obvious issues of water damage again. The front desk did confirm they have been having issues with their water lines throughout the motel. Our room was $117.00 and we will not be returning. The picture posted was nothing like our room was in person.
We are extremely disappointed with Hotel.com since they have been purchased. They are no longer monitoring their merchants for excellence. We are disappointed with the new loyalty program they have put in place. Their is no inncentive for us to utilize them for our lodging. We will be looking for alternative platforms.

I really hate to say anything bad against an establishment and I don’t think it had anything to do with the staff but the mold smell was very overpowering when we opened the door to our first room. When trying to turn on the light it didn’t work at first and the light plate was broke to where you could see wires so I didn’t feel safe and saw mold on the bathroom ceiling. We went down and asked for another room the smell was just as bad but didn’t really see else anything wrong. We went down and just asked for a refund at this point so the manger stepped in and asked to show us another room, the smell was still there but not knock you down bad but there was an air purifier on the dresser. So I told the manager at that point that there was no way we were going to stay, which I know we should have done to begin with. Live and learn I guess.
