I booked a Queen bed and a Sofa bed with no smoking but a receptionist told me that only had Queen bed. He said: “Advertising was wrong”. He gave me 1 Queen bed with smelled cigarettes really bad. Next day, the hotel did not change towels or clean room when I got back very late at night to the hotel. Next day, I asked the man at reception table: “WHY NOT”. He told me that I have to tell them so I can get new towels or need to clean the room. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. You will feel sorry as I already felt

Needs serious maintenance
It's really bad. This place should be closed for serious maintenance and repairs. The room reeks of smoke and there are cockroaches running around. Do not recommend.

Sewage stench, cigarette smoke stench and roaches (a baby roach crawled on my bed under my skin when sleeping so I feared the worst (bedbugs) and demanded a room change. Even when they switched my room as requested the same issue resumed on the second day. It smelled of sewage and feces from then on. Roaches also made their appearance then. Throughout my stay at that motel, the stench occurred everyday. It occurred at various times of both day and night. Especially at night when sleeping. So restorative sleep was impossible. In fact, the new room was even worse than the previous one. There was rarely hot water when needed. The bathroom vent fan sounded horrible like nails grating on a chalkboard. The staff is arrogant and rude. Their garbage disposal area is located at the bottom of the stairwell leaning on the wall on the building. This attitude to health and hygiene is a probable cause for the roach infestation in those rooms. The A/C is extremely loud similar to a running lawn mower. All of the TV channels were inconsistent: suddenly any several of them may cease working with the message "no signal". As the days wore on, many more ceased indefinitely and flashed the same "no signal" message always. The TV remote controls in both rooms were non-responsive. The experience was so appalling that it was a downright deliberate abuse. I do believe that that experience exerted on me was due to racism. They wished me to neither complete my stay nor return in the future.
