My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new and clean, and we really enjoyed the comfortable beds, super soft sheets, and the quiet room. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable
Great hotel and location. Friendly front desk person (thank you Melissa!) and very clean.
Did have a problem with the heating unit making a noise - reported it to the front desk on the way out - expect it would be fixed soon.

We are enjoying the peace and quiet! Bed is very comfortable, as are pillows. This is the only hotel in this area we will stay at! Very happy for the consistency.

Although I have yet to understand the late check in (1-2a) procedure for HGI Bel Air, our stay was great. I wish there was a consistency between all HGIs. Our late check-in at HGI Tewksbury, Massachusetts was fast and uneventful over the phone. Bel Air not so much.
The “supervisor” repeatedly told me that late check-ins such as mine was unorthodox and insisted that I confirm the process with a credit card. The room was prepaid through a third-party and usually a card swipe is required upon arrival. I was told repeatedly that if I didn’t provide credit card information over the phone, that I would be considered a “no show” and my reservation would be dropped…even though it had been prepaid. This was not the first time I experienced issues at HGI Bel Air. Unfortunately, the manager, James was unavailable during my stay. Some consistency in the HGI business model would be a definite improvement. Get your stuff together Bel Air. I’ll be back in mid-March. I hope you fix this glitch.

The hotel was cleaned and very nice. It was short staff and no one was at the front desk for about 10 to 15 minutes. I tried to get a refund for my second night but the receptionist told me I could not when I asked her. So I just went to the front desk to get extra towels so other guests wouldn’t be interrupted.

The staff was so nice & very helpful. Everything we needed was in our room & the room was set up so beautifully. Loved the separate closet & the shelving in the rooms where u could vacuum underneath. So very well thought out. We plan on coming back in October 4 a stay!! Thank u!!
