Safety hazard
There were many safety issues to which I will notify the state of Maryland about. No smoke detector, deadbolt on the door didn't work properly, only hot water in the shower, no telephone hooked up. And then there was a list of other things that I previously mentioned that were inconveniences

Extremely nasty room.
The hotel room was extremely dirty with cockroach droppings everywhere. The bathroom was moldy and the carpet was extremely dirty. The bed had hairs and the sheets were wrinkled. I was offered another room that was not much better. So I had to make another reservation for a nearby hotel. I asked for a refund and i was told I would get it. It's been 3 days since I checked in and I haven't received the refund.

The room was filthy. There was a hole in the floor going into the bathroom. Holes in the walls. Other peoples clothes in the room. The room seemed like it hadnt been cleaned in a long time I asked for a refund and was told they could not refund the room but give me a new room. The second room was just as bad. While I was waiting for the new room there were two police officers that showed to deal with an issue with someone who lives there full time. There wash trash everywhere outside. It is basically a place that rents weekly to people who are not able to rent a regular house or apartment . I ended up just booking a new room somewhere else and left losing the 70.00 dollars and 25 dollar deposit I paid. It was a horrible, nasty place. I definitely wasnt going to stay there with my two grandchildren that i went to spend the weekend with.

Needs to be shut down
Bugs everywhere. Roaches on the bed . Crawling all over body . One woke me me crawling my ear. I’m not if he ever got out . Somtimes i think I feel him. The bathtub also had roaches . Not so fun fact they can swim . I tried flushing the roach from earlier out my ear , I think he’s still there. I have videos . It’s was filthy and a mouse came in and out of the hole in the bottom door . So Stuart little was my roommate. Then the location of the room , they assigned me a room in the back were the residents were likely long term guest. They had a whole lot of children out side all night until 3 am playing kick ball hitting and damaging my car. I will absolutely love a response.

Dont get a smoking room period. I booked a non smoking room and oaid in full. When i checked in they wanted to chargr me an additional $25. Opted forr smoking as im on a very tight budget. Mistake. It was disgusting. I went vack to the office and told them i had booked and paid for a non smoking room and i would just pay the extra $25. After showing my confirmation i was then told it was a deposit that would be returned when i checked out. That was honored b

Grateful to have only stayed a night because showering in a bathroom with mold sprouting from the floor was impossible. It smelled, it was dirty, addicts everywhere. Staff was pleasant enough.
