It was okay for just a cheap overnight, but definitely a little iffy. It's in an odd place and people were very noisy all night. The room smelled like old cigarettes and only one bed had a comforter, which had holes in it. Overall the room seemed clean, but there were cigarette burns on the tub.

Decent place to stay
It was clean but the air-conditioning unit was not working. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is not very attractive. But it's only a short drive to good food and city event spaces as well as the University of Dayton.

not proper description in your pictures. The place was dirty, smelly, and had roaches! Did not stay the night and booked another hotel. I am waiting for a refund from your website. Please take this hotel off your website, does not represent you very well.

Took 4 times back and forth to get a keycard to open the room. Only two towels in the room. No hand soap. I had to go buy some. Asked the hotel and they had none. I tried to find another hotel but I was stuck. Everything booked. I asked for more towels she gave me one hand and bath towel. The floor hadn’t been swept in days. The worst part had to be when I was laying in bed on Saturday 9/21/24 at 11pm and worked up to pounding on the door. I looked out the peep hole and it was an employee from the front desk. He said I needed to go now to the front desk and show my ID. Because no one was assigned to this room. It made no sense. I called the front desk and said I was in bed and woken up like that. Very scary. I asked why would I need to come down there and he had no reason. I’m planning on contacting Red Roof inn HQ. Very very disappointing!

If you are a UD parent do not stay here! It was disgusting! The room was gross, the towels looked dirty and the bathroom was filthy. There was a disgusting odor in our room from the industrial park located behind the motel. Uber drivers didn't want to pick us up or drop us off at this location. Our driver told us that this location is not a safe area.

Lacking basic amenities
While the facility is supposed to be smoke-free, our room smelled of cigarettes. Our room also lacked basic amenities. There was no bathmat, no hand soap or soap of any kind in the room. I went to the front desk and was told they were still installing dispensers and was handed a cup of hand soap and a cup of shampoo. This was the closest available motel to UD so we roughed it for a night. Won't be doing that again.

All of this was there as soon as I entered room
I didn’t stay at the hotel I requested a refund and they still charged me for 2 days! The guy said he could give me a refund and then proceeded to give me a fake email address saying I have to contact management about my refund.

Doors not closed due to not fitting frame. sink needs faucet properly attached to sink. Toilet lid not proper to bowl size. Spiders need removed to many.
