Estadia PERFEITA!
Foi uma estadia incrível, nosso quarto tinha vista para o mar/ aquário, pudemos acompanhar o treinamento dos golfinhos em algumas manhãs. O café da manhã é a "la carte" e não buffet, mas não deixou nada a desejar, pelo contrário, nos surpreendeu com os detalhes e apresentação dos pratos e bebidas. Na primeira noite jantamos no restaurante e o polvo estava divino, um dos melhores que comemos na ilha. Todos os funcionários sempre foram atenciosos e simpáticos! A praia é linda e a programação do hotel é ótima para quem quiser aproveitar as facilidades, cinema na piscina, transporte com preço atraente para Punda Vibes. Amamos toda a estadia! Não possuem limpeza no quarto aos domingos, a mini cozinha super facilitou para montarmos comidinhas para levarmos nas praias e a máquina de gelo também foi essencial para abastecermos o cooler. Se voltar a Curaçao com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente no hotel!

I thought this property was amazing. The staff were wonderful, especially Belfor. The location is ideal for divers and its right across from Ocean Encounters Dive Shop and they were also fantastic. I prefer to cook some of my own meals and sitting out on the patio to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunsets rather than eating put every meal. This resort had everything I needed.

The hotel is nice to stay. You have the pool and there is a private beach. The employees were very friendly and helpful. To be honest, I expected a bit more in luxury in the bathroom like in shampoo and slippers. That is what I expect from a 4* hotel/resort. Also it is quite old and dated. Even that the breakfast was good enough, you could only choose one drink and one dish for breakfast. Everything you ordered more, you had to pay for. Walking distance for other beaches as for restaurants and some shopping.

Management went out of their way to insure that we were satisfied…even moved us to a better location when we had issues. Disappointed that Orbitz changed their policies and we no longer were eligible for an upgarade…but that was NOT the fault of the property.

I like only snorkeling at the beach. Beach would benefit from more sand. Room was outdated, molds smell was very distinctive, coffee machine didn’t work properly. I requested a different room upon booking, when asked for a change of room upon checking in was told no rooms was available, hotel looked half empty during all our stay ( keep in mind this is timeshare property, which I didn’t know) so they only can give you thats available by timeshare owners. Housekeeping service very poor, rooms not clean properly, everything dirty and dusty. I had to clean everything myself. You have to chase then in the hallway to get toilet paper, towels, tissue. One day housekeep took the 2 rolls of toilet paper we had, so we were left with nothing. Bring your own soap and shampoo and body wash. You don’t get any. The worst was very loud music during weekend from nearby club, even with closed balcony and earplugs it was unbearable until midnight, whole room was shaking.

A slightly dated resort compared to its neighbors but fitting of a lower price. We got the suite and it was extremely spacious with our own private balcony. The apartment was updated except for the bathrooms. The private beach and coral reef are unbeatable, but dining options are limited. The resort is very walkable to the public beach with many dining and drinking options. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful!

The hotel staffs and their services were excellent. However, the restaurant in the property was unfortunately terrible. My friend and I only ordered two appetizers and some drinks. Drink services are slow, and we waited for the appetizers more than 30 mins even though it wasn’t busy hour… It was the most poor service I have ever had in my whole life(BTW, I’m early 50’s).

Endroit parfait pour les vacances d’été! Il y a une plage privée et restaurant connecté au resort. Le staff est gentil et les taxis super accessibles pour le retour à l’aéroport ou visiter la ville. Il y a 2 grandes piscines et 2 petites et une très belle vue!

We really missed the young man that made the smoothies by the pool last August! He was fun and entertaining. If we didnt know from last year, we would have had no idea what the girls were there for. They were doing each others hair and staring at their phones. Great time other than that!

We spent a week with our family. Super friendly and helpful staff. Resort was clean, quiet and safe. Beach and pool access was strictly limited to those staying at the resort. We rented a car, however most of the restaurants we frequented were within walking distance. Kids enjoyed the dolphin encounter right next door. Hope to return again soon!
