Bad experience ever!
No toilet paper and other amenities refill, been talked to the staff a few times and get ignored about bath tub stopper no one come and check or fix and unable to help us change the room. The hotel charged twice and still cannot get a refund… bad experience ever!

All night I was up I couldn't sleep the bed was too small ,pillows very hard and the bet was very itching the room had blood stains on the wall room 25 the room was so dusty hair in the shower cubic I had to put pillows and duvet on the floor and we had to sleep there totally so tired!

I was happy with breakfast meal. I had to switch the room because of problems faced with roommate in sharing accommodation in 130 room no. It was provided by angel tour. I felt that charges were too high for just single night stay. I wish I had some more discount as I already had breakfast meal included within shared prepaid accommodation.

Big carpark all round the hotel and a small carpark to the side . Just make sure you enter your registration number plate at reception. Friendly check in by Hope all information given. Two lifts to all floors My room was up graded to an executive,nice and spacious as was the shower room Bed comfortable Wifi excellent Shower was hot and powerful There were a few ware and tare spots which could do with a touch up in the room and the coffee machine looked dusty! Evening meal was good different prices and items on the menu then what I was charged. And can't do vat receipts have to send them to you via email! Breakfast not included Has a leisure center which guest's can use but I didn't. Would probably stay again when in the area.

Great pool facilities
eWe had booked a double room however when we arrived we had two single beds. As they were on wheels we pushed them together and decided to deal with it however not very comfortable as they kept moving and we kept slipping down the gap. A bit disappointing when it was clearly stated we requested a double bed. Other than this, it’s an average hotel, everything needed for a quick stay. Highlight has to be the pool with a sauna and steam room and which was super clean and comfortable. The stuff throughout our stay were all excellent, special mention to the girl working reception on the morning of the 18th. Super helpful and kind.

The hotel was fine amd reasinably priced but the food was very expensive and terrible. Although this was brought to thw attention of the staff, there was no apology or offer of any kind of discount despite 3/4 going uneaten. The chef walked past the table but ignored us. Poor

Room was dirty and not clean. No towels in the room. Toilet was dirty. Stained carpets in room, chipped paint on doors. Bed sheets had stains on. Downstairs. The bar area was dirty with stained and filthy tables and floors. Sticky floors, breakfast was terrible, cold food and tough cold bacon. No manager on duty to complain too. No way would i stay here again.

Hotel was conveniently located at the edge of East Kilbride. Our room was at the far end of the hotel, which was surprising as the hotel wasn’t busy & we joked about needing a taxi to get there! Room was big, as was the bed, but definitely needs updating. Patches of what looked like mould on the net curtains, big stain on the carpet & the bottom of the bathroom door looked like someone attacked it with a hatchet! Only one side of the bed had a plug socket & the other side had the light controls, so one person could charge their phone & the other could work the lights. We left the room one day to find a pile of towels & linen on the floor outside our room. Came back later & it was still there. One good thing - the shower controls were at the opposite end of the shower, so you can turn on the shower & adjust the temp without getting soaked.

Staff were lovely. However the hotel itself needs refurbishment. Doesn't really live up to expectations for a Holiday Inn. Slightly odd damp smell in the room upon arrival. Room walls scraped. Bottom of bathroom door peeling. Lightbulbs not all working in the room. Smallest TV imaginable for the size of room. Too many little things not quite right. A shame really.

Standard hotel, no bells or whistles. The carpets were dirty and shower had mold everywhere but the bed was clean and comfortable. Good enough for a quick in and out one night stay
