In general, we stay in this hotel quite a few times each year and this time was the worst so far. First, I received an email asking about my check-in time two days before my departure which I replied but without any response. It made me not sure if they got my message. Second, the bathtub which used to have a bubble function is not working anymore. We stayed in this hotel many times and other branches nearby as well, and so far this was the first time. Also, the attitude of the night-time manager was not very pleasant, she seemed to question us when we asked for bottled water (our room kept the privacy light on so no cleaning and replenishment of supply). It is ok to ask if she has doubts, but it would be more polite if she could ask for our room number to check. The upside for the hotel is the neighborhood and the convenience.
