The building was clean and in good repair, from what I could see. Around the property was pretty unattractive. Parking lot lacking. Not much outside care seems to be given. Those I met were very nice and helpful, as always. The outside around the building could use a face lift for sure, but I would recommend the motel, which I did this last visit to Oskaloosa. Two other families joined us.

I stay in alot of hotels. For the price i was skeptical but everywhere was sold out. I was surprised how clean and nice it was. Absolutely spotless! Two thumbs up from me 👍👍

I canceled my reservation the day I made it. I canceled it before 2 pm. The deadline was 4 pm. It was ok if I had to pay for one day. I reserved the room for 4 days. Since I made the reservation with Expedia they took the money from my account. When I first notified them through virtual chat the chat line told me I would be getting a refund. But as the days dragged on they told me they couldn’t get the motel to release the reservation. I called the motel and they said they have nothing to do with the reservation or the money since I went through Expedia. So Expedia blatantly lied and refused to give me any money for the 4 days. Don’t use Expedia. If you do don’t cancel your reservation cause you will not get it back even though it says you can cancel before a certain time they will keep your money.
