Todo bien solo que no se limpió nunca la habitación y no cambiaron las toallas ni la basura . Eso muy mal

Wouldnt stay again but good for 1 night
The location was good for my needs so no complaint there. I had minimal interaction with staff but they were friendly. Water pressure in the shower was strong (maybe too strong). Cons- my room smelled awful, like moldy/musty. The ac made it worse so i'm guessing that's where the smell was coming from. I had the main street noise too. Overall it was kind of a dingy room

I will definitely stay here again. I really enjoy my stay. Great location.The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows were perfect!

EMPATHY?? Not at this Marriott!!
Upon walking in the room, the room smelled like urine pretty bad. We had a service dog with us so I’m assuming that we had to go into a dog room. Must’ve been with the smell was.
The main issue is while I was staying here to have cancer treatment, I was looking forward to going into the hot tub. The hot tub closes at 10 and I arrived at 9:50. The hot tub was already locked and closed for the day and the manager refused to open it. Not sure what’s happening to Marriott standards but they seem to be slacking. The manager said he’s sorry the next day, but that doesn’t mitigate the fact that I wasn’t able to soak in a tub after a long day. The valet staff is very friendly. Everybody else is just blah.
