We chose a room with an ocean view at this hotel, enticed by the beautiful vistas. However, the service and amenities were a letdown. Our main issue was with the breakfast. Opting for a takeaway breakfast to our room, we were dismayed to find soil in the vegetables. Upon raising this issue with the hotel, they initially agreed to refund the breakfast cost. Yet, at checkout, we were informed that the refund would only be processed after the manager contacts us by email, a process that seemed unnecessarily prolonged and inconvenient. Already having spent considerable time addressing the issue, the prospect of additional follow-up for a mere 24 euros was frustrating. Moreover, the lack of assistance from the doorman, who only came to our aid with the door after noticing our struggle with luggage and not offering any further help, further marred our experience. Overall, the hotel’s service standards deeply disappointed us, overshadowing the beautiful ocean view and significantly detracting from our overall experience.
