From the ease of finding the hotel and welcoming of the lobby associate, my first impression of the hotel was off to a good start. It was a short walk from the parking lot to our hotel room and my family and I, absolutely was pleased with our hotel room.
For a one-night stay, at an affordable price, I already knew I would want to stay here again. We had a room on the first floor with a balcony that had the duck pond right outside. They even had a vending machine to buy food to feed the duckies!
Free parking and free breakfast, all a plus in my book! Good location too and not too far from downtown.

Holiday travel
We had booked two adjacent rooms as we were travelling with a kid and senior citizen, however when we got there we found out that one of our rooms was given away to someone else(even after doing an online checkin) by the host at the front desk. It was very late in the evening and we had no option but to adjust in a single room as we had only 1 night stay booked. They did try to accomodate our initial request of two rooms but these rooms were no longer on the same floor which was not acceptable for our situation. Other than this initial hiccup, the rooms were clean and we didnt face any other concerns. The breakfast options could have been a little better

A SENSATIONAL SAM LLC STAY!
My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham was absolutely sensational… I was greeted on the phone by a man named Chris, who then told me, although I didn’t check in the night before I will still be able to check in early in the morning before check out! now, I’ve never felt a more welcoming presence than I did, when greeted by the staff of Ramadan by Wyndham! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by Miss Kelsea and Miss Kether, and I have to say that was probably the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life… I’m not joking! They were so sweet and kind and helped me with anything I needed before arriving at my room around 9 AM. Everything was perfect and just as it should be because I believe every hotel should have the set standards of what I believe to be the best customer service done by Ramada by Wyndham! Thank you all for an amazing time, and I look forward to being back very very soon!

I was staying for my surgery the night before and my husband stayed a second night. It is an older hotel that has been remodeled and it’s very clean and the front desk personnel were very helpful.

good get away on a romantic trip
this is my second time on a month rooms are renovated clean and excellent customer service they provide caffe tea and every room has microwave and refrigerator is peaceful and private

Truly, frustrating experience with Expedia!
Never got to stay at the hotel but is it Expedia or the hotel
Itself that should make some changes as far as reminding/notifying guests of upcoming stays ahead of time. Maybe remind guests a week or 3 days before? They only reminded me on the day of and I was already back home. My trip has ended😔. And I was charged right away. Tried to cancel and the confirmation number I gave wasn’t working so couldn’t cancel reservation.
