We received the warmest of welcomes from Jim, the proprietor. He was so lovely, funny and kind. Although the Shenandoah is a period house, it is right up to date, the decor and furniture looked new. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent, there was probably something to suit everyone. I’m a bit of a Nespresso addict and usually take a machine with me when I travel, I didn’t this trip but was delighted when I found a Nespresso machine in the breakfast room.
The Shenandoah has rooms to suit most. It even has glamping pods if you fancy something a bit different.
There is off street parking.
Thanks, Jim, it’s obvious that you’d go the extra mile for your guests!
