I was given the wrong room and they won’t give me to room that I booked according to the staff it was not available. How is it not available when I booked the room and paid for it.! Not coming back to this hotel.! So disappointed

Beware low rates. Ya get what ya pay for
We booked a Mountain View room; we checked in after 1 a.m. to discover we had a liquor store view and thought, well, maybe there’s mountains beyond that. Nope. Just downtown. Mountain View was other side of building. The bathroom sink was completely clogged. The breakfast buffet looked like locusts had descended on it, and they were VERY short-handed for breakfast shift. And our last night, the thermostat completely stopped working and the room became sweltering. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Good, but pay attention for ongoing ada access.
Stayed here as an overnight with my 85 year old auntie with mobility issues. Hotel was great and this is more a commentary on disabled access rooms that I have found across many hotels. The disabled room is about 7 rooms down from the elevator, and I notice that many of the roll in showers are positioned so that run off water is in the path to the toilet. While the room was as expected, when these rooms are built it would make sense that they are closer to the elevator, I would also design them so that the path to the most used items in the bathroom would less likely to be on wet flooring to minimize fall risk. For example; place the toilet away from shower run off path, so you are not as likely to walk on wet flooring. Also add a bathroom night light feature. The older peeps and their travel companions would appreciate it.
