Beautiful location at the end of town but still on the main road so it’s walkable to shopping and dining. The room was clean and smelled clean, which was nice. The breakfast is delicious but it’s not at the hotel, it’s at a Mexican food restaurant a few blocks down the road. The food is made fresh but there’s only 5 or 6 options with no substitutions and you need to tip the server, so bring some cash.

Property was small but the room was immaculate. WiFi worked perfectly, fridge kept things cold and alll the furnishings were in great shape. The only negatives were the hvac took a little bit to figure out and the parking lot is tiny. Tough to navigate when a large pickup is parked in one of the spots

The room was clean, everything functioned well and the staff was courteous. Room service was provided daily and did a great job. The rate included a free breakfast, for which the Abram Inn provides a voucher for the choice of four options at a local Mexican food restaurant, one of which is a fried ham and cheese sandwich. We went one time, but for the remainder of our stay made our own breakfast arrangements. My only suggestion to the Abram Inn is to change your breakfast deal. Being a fan of Mexican food, that restaurant is horrible. When you arrive, they ask if you have a "coupon" and when you tell them yes, they treat you very differently than a "paying" customer. I watched it happen more than once. And, more importantly, the food was not worth the price...

The check in process was very quick, and the gentleman provided a great recommendation for dinner. The only reason this is not 4 stars was due to the sign in the room that made it very clear the check out time was 10am. Staying later would result in additional charges. When I went to check out, the office was not open, and I was told to put my key in a box. It seems odd to have a large print sign stating the check out time in the rooms if this is not really being enforced.

We enjoyed our one night stay here to explore the town of Ouray. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a nice porch out front to sit on in the evening. There is also a gazebo in front of the hotel with nice views for guests to sit at. The location is perfect, right on Main Street, convenient for walking everywhere. And the breakfast at the nearby Mexican restaurant was very good, too.
