We have stayed here many times, and have always had a good experience. This stay the weather was extremely cold and we were told the hotel had no heating for the rooms. Made far a very long uncomfortable night.

I got at the property and the front desk told me that they didn't receive my booking, I was there for a min8ng conference and all the hotels were overbooked, my guess is that the front desk gave my room to another person. They basically kicked me out of the hotel
