Emotion&stress,PTSD,family,4mo great grand put out

Everything was good when I checked in until the next day. I have a service dog which I mentioned the first day I checked in. And signed a paper and have paperwork myself.. the next day I was feeding my dog and walking him and the housekeeper people which the housekeeping guy told her as she told me I had to check out and me and my family was from out of town. She did it in a very nasty ways, that I didn’t get to show her my paperwork, his paperwork. The people at the front desk was nice and respectful the housekeeper on that first shift I guess there was her family and kids.She had working there and the kids look under age. if she’s the supervisor, she’s a very nasty person and disrespect. how will you be calling owners and anybody else that I need to talk to? I went to another place and they treated me with respect and accept my dog.

Overrated hotel....disappointed

I checked in late at night and was ready to rest in my room. I set my ipad and phone on the bedside table to discover later that their was an oily substance on the table. There were stains on the carpet and the covering on the table was peeling off. When we went to the pool the next morning, the exterior door was propped open allowing insects into the building.

Not the best customer service.

Front desk person was not helpful. Air conditioner was loud due to a stick stuck in the blade alnight. No urgency to fix anything. On the plus side the eggs were real at breakfast.

Wonderful, restful stay

The check in was so easy and friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable (although I prefer a harder mattress) and everything was clean and easily accessible. We're sad that we couldn't stay and enjoy the pool or fitness center, but we did get a delicious breakfast!

Do not stay here!

Room was in disgusting poor condition. Particularly the bathroom-no vent fan, door would not even shut due to warping. It would not close by a bout 18 inches. Exposed plumbing pipes & holes. Areas of peeling paint...and more.

the housekeeper offered to clean the room on the second day, we asked for it until the next day, but He didn't. He didn't clean our entire stay, and He didn't offer to take out the trash or fresh towels.

I had a reservation for a nonsmoking room. Upon check-in, the room smelled horrible, like smoke. I went to the front desk to get my room changed. They were nice to change my room, BUT the next room smelled horrible also, like smoke. I wouldnt recommend this hotel due to the smell of smoke in the rooms, especially if you arent wanting to smell it.
