Nasty Staff with Nastier Work Ethics; NEVER AGAIN!
This reservation was made to visit with a friend who was attending the same rabbit show that I was attending. At the last moment, I had a medical emergency that prevented my attendance, but my friend was still going. When she showed up to check in, a black man wearing a mask was very rude to her and wouldn't allow her to check in. No call was made to the number on file. No message was sent to me (since I made the reservation). But my friend was treated so badly that she had to find a room elsewhere. I was embarrassed and angry to learn that she had been treated so poorly. I'm not just angry and embarrassed, but I'm absolutely shocked to have a hotel chain that I frequently use disappoint me so terribly. I was charged for a room that no one even got to utilize. I sincerely hope that charge for one night was worth destroying a customer relationship. I will never darken the doorstep of a Red Roof hotel again. Disgraceful.
