Nothing works, and got food poisoning
Despite other bad reviews, I thought giving them a try, was a big mistake... I never got any check-in information; I had to call for it to get into our room. During the same call, I got a parking space, except it was already taken, and I had to call again to get a free space. In the room, the plug mechanism in the sink was broken and it could not be opened so we couldn't use the sink. I called for that too, they said that repair comes in couple of hours, never in our 2 nights stay they didn't fix it. At the breakfast, they first didn't find that we had prepaid breakfasts. Milk and liver pates were at room temperature, and I made a mistake by eating liver pate and got food poisoning from that. When we returned from the city on the second night, the room key didn't work, and we had to call service again. My advice is to stay away from this place, I won't step foot there ever again.

Much better communication between staff and guests
"Self check-in" for which not enough information was provided. Very poor readiness of the person who came to the reception to solve the guests' problems. In my case, very quick help with the check-in process via WhatsApp (room and parking codes). The guest does not receive precise instructions for self check-in before arrival and cannot be sure whether he will have a reserved parking space. It is imperative to insist on self check-in before setting off on a trip! Breakfast modest but satisfactory. The lady in the restaurant was not informed that breakfast is included in the reservation if the reservation is made through hotels.com. Cleanliness of the room, restaurant and facility 4 out of 5 - quite good. We stayed in a triple room on the 5th floor. The biggest problem is poor communication between the few staff (manager on the internet, restaurant staff, support at the reception). A hotel with great potential and average implementation that may cause problems for some. Location excellent, close to Schoenbrunn, U-bahn and tram stations.

Tramvay durağına çok yakındı ulaşımda hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Yanında marketler vardı bu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlardan Yusuf abi çok tatlıydı ve ilgiliydi. Hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Très correct pour ce que nous voulions
Hôtel très correct pour le prix que nous avons payé, attention il n’y a pas de service de réception, mais tout est correctement fait pour que l’arrivée et le départ se fassent très facilement. Le service de bagagerie est possible mais n’est pas sécurisé. L’ensemble de l’hôtel était propre. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Il y avait des travaux pendant notre séjour mais rien de dérangeant car les horaires étaient respectés. Hôtel calme et bien placé par rapport à la station de tram juste en dessous, vous pouvez accéder au centre de Vienne en moins de 30min entre tram et métro.

Haare in der Dusche? Schimmel an der Decke... Keine Beschilderung des Hotels wo Frühstücksraum ist. Frühstück bei späterm kommen nur noch Reste kein Nachschub.kein freier Platz in Tiefgarage. Im Hotel keiner erreichbar . Wurden um 8uhr geweckt um zimmer zu verlassen.da zimmer für nächsten gebraucht wird

Budget Hotel - für Übernachtung geeignet
Frisch renovierte, einfache Räume mit moderner Nasszelle. Leide ist bereits (der alte?) Schimmel in der Dusche. Die zwei Matratzen waren unterschiedlich hoch, aber i. O. Der EmPfang des TV unzureichend (Bildverlust, Rauschen). Das Frühstück (um 13.90 Euro) war gut wienerisch (kein English Breakfast) mit verschiedenen Aufstrichen. Der Obstsalat war aus der Dose, der Orangensaft verdünnt, Tomaten und Gurken waren eine halbe Stunde vor Ende aufgebraucht. Schöner Blick zur Gloriette. Die Rezeption ist wenig besetzt, aber problemlos erreichbar. Schloss Schönbrunn ist in Laufweite (600m).

Mitarbeiten unprofessionell und Zimmer schrecklich schmutzig und das alles wildeste ist das im zimmer extrem rießig auf der decke und vertreilt schimmel (richtiger dicker belag) ist mit beweisvideo!!!! Keinen cent wert

Die Zimmer haben leider dermaßen nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken , einfach schrecklich. Das Badezimmer , besonders die Dusche sind sehr dreckig! Der Eingangsbereich ist nicht gerade sehr einladend und bis zur nächsten U-Bahn ist es leider doch sehr weit ! Für eine Nacht ging es jetzt , würde diese Unterkunft aber nicht nochmal buchen !
