Our room itself was not extravagant, but the accompanying balcony looking out on the coastline was amazing -- one of our family's favorite parts of a 9-day trip to Italy -- and the staff was incredibly helpful, moving dinner reservations around for us, booking a water taxi for us, and providing a free shuttle service to spots in Praiano and Positano that would have been quite difficult to get to otherwise.

This was the best experience I have ever had staying at a hotel in all my years traveling! And at age 66 I have traveled a lot. This hotel is a family run hotel and they treat you like you are a part of the family. They shuttle you around text you about reservations. Luigi and his team were superb. Wonderful family owned hotel and Luigi obliged with access to rare on site secure parking and took me by car to and from local towns.
