The room was very clean but unfortunately previous guests smoked in the room. The smell un the bedroom was strong and the air conditioner (which was needed in the hot humidity of July) was rancid with the stench’s of old cigarette smoke. It was so late at night when we got there I didn’t change rooms. I don’t know what the staff could do to prevent people from smoking. A shame

Betty is SO SWEET!

Betty is so sweet, I think she’s the owner. She’s there 24/7. A real old school motel with room doors opening directly onto the parking lot. 1/2 the price of anything else in the area. Looks like it was redone yesterday; all tile & marble in the bathroom. Super comfy bed. Betty was surprised that I hadn’t stayed there before. They must get tons of repeat customer who I would assume are contractors for a bunch of the high tech firms in the area. So much nicer than I expected!

Clean, comfortable & convenient!

Whitman Motor Lodge was clean, comfortable, and convenient — exactly what I needed. Great value for a no-hassle stay. Would definitely return. Front desk check in was nice & free parking was a plus!

The place is SUPER clean and comfy. We stayed for one night for a show at the Paramount and we will definitely stay again in the future. Fresh coffee in the morning was a god send.

Good Stay!

Great stay, Betty was super nice! My only disappointment was the WiFi - super slow below 1MB speed, there is little cell reception for T mobile, so without practical wifi, communication was hard.

Convenient location. Great value.

Quietly really great. The room was spotless, well appointed, comfortable. The bathroom had surprisingly luxurious features like floor to ceiling tile and premium fixtures. I would gladly stay again.
