This place is so cute! I love how it's been redone, and the location is perfect. We were a one-block walk from the beach and close to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. I liked that it had its own parking lot so we didn't have to worry about street parking. The room size was perfect, and it was nice that there were so many streaming services on the tv. The bathroom is a little small, and the hot water took a little while to kick in, but neither of these things were enough to make me not want to come back. Highly recommend this place!

The room wasn't clean, the ac was filthy and has a smell. AC filter needs cleaned. Paint on the bathroom floor is peeling, wear sandals in the shower. Location is great. Parking good. Well lit. Easy check in process.

Rooms are not clean , beds are not clean , towels ARE NOT CLEAN. The beach being as close as it is is the best thing you got. Might as well stand OUTSIDE with the bugs cause you sure as hell gone be sleeping with them.

We checked in early for a fee, opened the door to the worst stale cigarette smell, the bedspread had another persons hair on it, the shower floor was peeling black paint, the AC unit had a red caution light on it because the filter had not been replaced. Underneath the sink was a stain that looked like someone had thrown up, the rug that was a border to the bed was so dirty that we had to keep our shoes on, and as I was sitting on the bed I noticed through the large mirror that other guests trash was still under the bed. Also I found 2 small dead roaches. We left, tried to contact Expedia about the condition of the room with no luck. I’ve contacted five on our side about this issue. The pictures say it all. I also have phone numbers for the other out of state guests who couldn’t go home but we’re absolutely sickened by the condition of this property. I hope I never have to stay in something like this again!! I spent over $499 for two nights and conditions were so bad that I’d rather leave than endure them.

While not the most clean and quiet place, it is a great, walkable location for the price. Parking is hard to get even though you get a pass- they have a small lot that is always full- had to wait around to park and then did not want to use my car for the rest of the trip. Very stained carpet, bathroom tiles painted over with what looks like wall paint so the shower floor was chipping. Bathroom tiny and mildewy-smelling and the bathroom window was open to the back alley upon arrival.

well it was ok, but it was a huge water bug in the shower, the shower dripped all night and it was a used wash cloth in the shower when we got there. and some pills in the night stand. location was great, beach was right there, didn't mind the little 1min walk but for $580 we can do better. alot better.

An amazing inn we stayed in me and my girlfriend loved it so much it was close to everything and we literally were able to watch to almost everything we did besides a few trips we took into Wilmington i definitely recommend this place if your looking for a nice and relaxing vacation

I don’t recommend.
The rug underneath the bed was totally disgusting. No way should your feet be bare walking on it. It needs to be trashed. The shower was not a place to shower. I was thankful to have a roof over my head and air conditioning. Having the boardwalk close by was a plus.
