I absolutely love this hotel. This is my third stay with them and every time I need a hotel in Jacksonville, I will always choose them. The rooms are nice, clean, the staff is accommodating, the hotel is quiet, and the proce is right.

Not the Worst, but Check Cabinets & Towels
Hotel is conveniently located, moderately priced, and the front desk staff was nice. Stars were removed for the facts that the kitchenette had bugs and I found someone's pubic hair in my "clean" hand towel after the first time washing my hands shortly after checking in. Would have switched hotels if I could've gotten a refund and a similarly priced room last minute.

Very clean and comfortable! Everyone at the front desk was helpful and very friendly. On Hotels.com it says this hotel is pet friendly but doesn’t mention any fees, we were asked if our dog was a service animal because there isn’t a fee for service dogs, so heads up about that.

Underwhelming but cost efficient
People partied in the room next to me starting at 10pm til about 4 am. I tried to get toothpaste one day and they were all out. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and had a kitchenette. No breakfast, but the place next door, lil bean cafe, was delicious. My dog joined me which was awesome.
