STAY AWAY! Health Dept should close this place!

My husband can stay most anywhere. He was disgusted with this hotel. Two dehumidifiers were in the hall-CLUE-something's wrong! When we opened our room, we were clobbered by a dank, musty stench. It appears that they've tried to upgrade with paint, but failed at important things like customer comfort and health. Paint remained where it wasn't cleaned up. We didn't ask but got a handicap room. There was no cover on the toilet, the tub seat blocked the shower curtain so water poured out, & the rail was so distant from the tub that there was no place for a dry towel or clothes. The cheap, no control shower has ONE aim. Over the tub was a discolored leak spot from above. My husband said something at the front desk & was told it was AL, so damp & there'd been a lot of rain. THE MANAGER STOOD BY WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. THIS was MORE than AL humidity & rain! Dehumidifiers in the hall testify to that! There had been a serious leak and they lied trying to hide a potential Health Department issue! The rusty tissue holder shows the damp was long-standing, not recent or regional! We wasted our money, probably have fungi in our lungs, and there was no apology or acknowledgement, no offer of a discount or, better yet, a FULL refund, but only lies by the manager and his poor staff.

Væmmelig lugt og dårlig rengøring

At kaffemaskinen står på toilettet, siger alt om hotellet. Der er absolut intet quality over dette sted. Da vi åbnede døren til værelset, lugtede der af herretoilettets urinstank. Gulvtæppet føltes vådt, toilettet var beskidt. Selv efter en time på værelset havde vi ikke vænnet os til lugten. Morgenmaden, der var yderst sparsom, sprang vi over. At spise morgenmad i urinlugt var simpelthen for ulækker og kvalmende. Det er det værste hotel, vi har boet på inde seneste 6 år. Bestemt ikke pengene værd. Det skulle have kostet under halvdelen.

Great price. Just book it!

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and always greeted me. The room was clean and it has the hottest hot water of any hotel I ever stayed at. The only thing I can possible say is that the bathroom door opens up right on top of the toilet then hits the tub so a fat girl like myself was not a fan of the door being so close when I used the bathroom if the door was open. To close the door to take a shower you have to step beside the toilet and reach over. There was also some flooring that wasn’t level at the end of the bed and a couple of carpet nails that caught me by the bathroom. But overall it was a very nice hotel at a great location. I would definitely book again

Staff was awesome, check-in and check-out easy, and the room was spacious. The room smelled though…like an old dirty vacuum. They were using some kind of overly strong air-freshener to hide it in the lobby and halls but once you got inside the room it smelled. It wasn’t bad enough to disturb my sleep though.
